Our new email address is...

This month we are learning all about how to use the computer to communicate, play and learn. This morning's lesson was all about using the computer as a communication tool. We talked about snail mail (and how nice it is to receive a letter in the mailbox!), email and, yes, blogging too. We made sure to review all of the safety rules involved in communicating on the Internet too.

When we were done reading all about communication, we answered some comprehension questions 

then got right to the fun stuff!

 We are now the proud owners of our 

very own classroom email address. 

The kids were pretty excited to have their own 

email account at school!

Within minutes we sent our very first message!

We're very excited to check our email account for new messages! We can't wait to practice our typing and communication skills. We'd love it if you'd send some love our way. Our new email address is:
